Four phases, no theatre. Weekly demos, async by default, and a single Slack channel where decisions actually live.

    2-week sprint: stakeholder interviews, JTBD, technical audit, and a written bet we agree on.

    Design

    Lo-fi → hi-fi in Figma, prototype usability tests, design tokens locked into code.

  3. 03

    Build

    Two-week iterations, trunk-based, preview deploys per PR, real users in private beta by week six.

  4. 04

    Scale

    Observability, on-call, growth experiments, and a clean handover when your team is ready.
